Job summary

Macy’s, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead sales and customer service across all store operations in Roseville, MN. You will supervise merchandising, promotions, and staff, driving a customer-centric selling culture while managing expenses and shortage prevention.

You will coach and develop both frontline and leadership teams, align priorities with corporate initiatives, and ensure high standards of readiness, cleanliness, and visual presentation across the store.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in store leadership.
• Heavy lifting, constant moving, standing and reaching with arms and hands; able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and development capabilities with a focus on coaching and performance.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain frontline and supervisory staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by fostering a customer-centric selling culture.
• Develop the team through coaching, follow-up, and recognition.
• Ensure adherence to weekly business reviews; support action plans to address deficiencies.
