Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of direct retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's sales and customer service efforts to drive results.
• Coach and develop the store team to meet targets and standards.
• Ensure execution of merchandising, pricing and signing standards.
• Manage scheduling to optimize coverage and control labor costs.
• Support company initiatives and communicate priorities clearly to staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop leaders and Team Members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Promote a culture of recognition and high engagement.
