Qualifications

• 2–4 years retail sales experience with management experience preferred
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales and profits
• Training skills to elevate product knowledge and selling skills
• Experience implementing merchandising strategies and changing visual sets
• Authentic, sincere, and transparent communication
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays during peak periods
• Able to lift and move merchandise/fixtures up to 40 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in day-to-day store operations to meet KPIs
• Collaborate with GM to develop action plans and timelines
• Lead by example in sales generation and customer focus
• Create and implement visual/merchandising strategies to drive sales
• Utilize tools/resources to enhance the customer experience
• Adapt to change and generate ideas to grow the business
• Motivate team to achieve hourly, daily, weekly goals through omni selling
• Foster a positive, inclusive, productive work environment
• Assist in recruiting and building a dynamic team
• Identify training needs and implement tailored programs
• Other duties as assigned
