Janie and Jack LLC is seeking a sales-focused leader to drive customer relationships and store performance. You will guide team efforts to deliver exceptional service, maintain a pristine presentation, and ensure accurate pricing and merchandising in a luxury children’s brand environment.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow into higher leadership while enjoying employee discounts and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail sales experience with supervisory experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communication and optimistic problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• A result driven role model for the team in sales generation and exceptional customer focus through building genuine relationships.
• Work with the team to maintain a beautifully presented store through stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.
• Motivates and inspires the team to achieve/exceed hourly, daily, weekly business goals using strong business acumen skills.
• Generates ideas to evolve and grow the business.
• Celebrates team progress and encourages others to exceed.
