Job summary

Walmart is seeking a seasoned store leader to drive store performance and associate development at our Prince Frederick facility. You will manage operations, budgets and merchandising while ensuring customer service aligns with Walmart's standards and EDLP/EDLC strategies.

Qualifications

• 4 years general management experience including financial accountability.
• 4 years supervising 50+ associates including performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.
• Experience with required trainings and assessments for staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and budget planning.
• Drive sales and ensure merchandising standards and pricing accuracy.
• Lead and develop the management team and hourly associates.
• Ensure implementation of training programs and Academy standards.
• Uphold Open Door Policy and engage with Associates and local community.
