Under Armour, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager, FT in Orlando, FL to lead daily store operations, coach teammates, and drive sales and customer service excellence.

You will partner with the Store Manager to manage schedules, merchandising, and loss prevention while championing UA's values. The role requires 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility for full-time hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a retail environment
• Local language fluency; basic English helpful
• Availability for full-time hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable with technology and devices used on the floor
• Strong communication skills and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and lead on the floor
• Coach and develop teammates to deliver exceptional service
• Analyze sales trends and adjust omni-channel initiatives as needed
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, and shift coverage
• Oversee merchandising and store presentation per brand standards
• Support loss prevention and audit compliance
• Collaborate with Store Manager on policies and procedures
• Lead ownership of key areas like Talent, Visuals, Operations
