Under Armour in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations and coach teammates. You will back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandising standards, and drive a high‑performance culture.

You will analyze daily sales trends, manage KPI targets, monitor loss prevention, and help deliver excellent customer experiences while supporting onboarding and training across the team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full-time hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as handheld and mobile devices.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time strategic decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and adjust merchandising for optimal presentation.
• Maintain loss prevention standards and audit compliance.
• Lead or rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, and Operations to gain cross‑functional experience.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products and features.
• Communicate priorities, sales and KPI targets to teammates to achieve goals.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training with store leadership and HR.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
