Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor in Orlando to lead daily operations, coach teammates, uphold merchandise standards, and drive results in a high-performance retail culture.

You will analyze daily sales trends, present product information to customers, and collaborate with store and regional leadership during onboarding and training. Must be 18+, HS diploma, 1 year retail experience, and flexible full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Willingness to work full-time including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Comfort with technology (hand-held devices)

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and store audits.
• Rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, and Operations areas to gain cross-functional experience.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products and services.
• Communicate priorities and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve goals.
• Support store and regional leadership during onboarding and training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
