GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager for Store 52 in Sandston, VA. You will lead a team of 8–15, own store operations, and drive sales while upholding safety and customer service standards.

This full-time, hourly role offers weekly pay, 401(k), paid time off, a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 6 months, and opportunities for career advancement. Open availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Open availability with the ability to work any shift as needed
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for bank deposits)
• Retail or food management experience preferred
• Certification: Food Safety Certification (must have or be able to obtain)
• Lead by example in all aspects of store operations, including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness
• Minimum age: 21+ years old

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts
• Be the go-to person for coverage and be available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Perform all duties of store employees: running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and key items
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising
• Handle banking and cash deposits with valid driver’s license and insurance
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives
• Be willing to cross-train and step in to manage deli/QSR operations when necessary
