Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Floating Store Manager at Store 26 in Mechanicsville, VA to lead a 8–15 person team and own store operations, driving performance across shifts.

You will recruit, train, coach, and manage inventory, while meeting sales goals and executing company programs. The role requires open availability, a valid driver's license, and a Food Safety Certification. Weekly pay, bonuses, 401(k), and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and insurance for banking duties.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in store operations, including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service.
• Strong communication, integrity, and decisiveness.
• Minimum age 21+; Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Own store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts.
• Cover all shifts as needed, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform duties of store employees, including cashiering, stocking, and cleaning.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with required licenses and insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and manage deli/QSR operations when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
