Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking a Store Manager for Store 72 in Richmond, VA. Lead daily operations, motivate a team of 8–15, and drive store performance while ensuring service excellence.

You’ll oversee inventory, banking, staffing, and the execution of promotions, with full accountability for safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Competitive pay, weekly payroll, and a sign-on bonus support your transition to leadership.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all store operations, including service and merchandising.
• Strong communication, integrity and decisiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own store operations, team, and performance end-to-end.
• Lead 8-15 employees across all shifts and cover all schedules.
• Perform duties of store staff including cash handling, stocking, upselling, and cleanliness.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members and foster teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries and merchandising.
• Handle banking, deposits, and require a valid driver's license with transportation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards; control labor hours and expenses.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives; cross-train as needed.
