Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage; available for any shift, including evenings and weekends.
• Perform all duties of store employees including register, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
