Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager for a fas mart location in Crewe, VA. You will lead store operations, drive performance, and coach a team of 8–15 across all shifts to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Open availability with the ability to work any shift as needed.
• Valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations.
• Strong communication, integrity, and decisiveness.
• Minimum age requirement: 21+ years old.
• Certification: Must have or be able to obtain a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage and be available for any shift.
• Perform duties of store employees including register, stocking, upselling, and cleanliness.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members focusing on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and deposits; must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction; control expenses and labor hours.
