Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Miami is seeking a Store Manager to direct the daily operations of a single store, ensure compliance with standards, pricing, safety, and quality, and participate in image-building activities within the local community.

You will supervise and develop assistant managers and staff, monitor performance, schedule and budgets, handle guest feedback, and drive store growth and profitability while maintaining high customer service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a food service/retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts.
• Intermediate PC skills - ability to use basic word processing and spreadsheet software for internal communication and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of a single store and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Lead and develop assistant managers, shift leaders and sales associates.
• Monitor performance, guest service, and morale; address issues and provide feedback.
• Manage shift schedules, cash handling, inventory, and vendor orders.
• Ensure proper execution of promotions, merchandising, and safety procedures.
• Engage with guests and community to support brand image and satisfaction.
• Prepare and analyze weekly reports and drive store growth and profitability.
• Maintain equipment, stock areas, and cleanliness to meet standards.
