Dunkin' Donuts in Alaska seeks a Store Manager to direct daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards at a single location. You will manage inventory, scheduling, and compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

The role requires 2+ years in food service/retail, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and basic PC skills for reporting. You will collaborate with the GM and franchisee to drive store performance and growth.

Formación

• 2+ years in a food service/retail environment
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts.
• Intermediate PC skills - ability to use basic word processing and spreadsheet software for internal communication and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily operations of a single store in accordance with policies and practices.
• Manage professional growth & development of assistant managers, shift leaders and sales associates.
• Monitor performance and customer service, ensuring store budgets and inventories meet standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and staff scheduling to ensure proper staffing and compliance with safety and sanitation rules.
