Casey’s Store Manager position oversees all aspects of operating a Casey's store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation. You will hire, train, and supervise Team Members while coaching them to succeed and grow within the Casey's Way.

This role requires leading by example, driving store performance, and maintaining strong guest relations in the community.

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and drive performance.
• Ownership mindset and accountability.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives and drive sales while maintaining quality and service.
• Ensure store is stocked, clean, and guest relationships are strong.
• Hire, train, and supervise Team Members as a coach and mentor.
• Model Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budgets, staffing, and scheduling for regular and peak times.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, audits, counts, and merchandise orders.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans.
