Job summary

Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to deliver a beautifully merchandised and profitable store. You will lead by example on exceptional customer service, train the team, and communicate insights to regional partners to drive store growth.

You will guide Visual Merchandising, ensure sales goals, and manage day-to-day operations with accountability and respect. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, balance scheduling and payroll, and maintain a welcoming, creative store environment

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing employees at all levels.
• Experience managing payroll and scheduling effectively.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience; 2+ years retail preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent, friendly, informed service to customers and train store team accordingly.
• Achieve sales goals, profitability, and operational excellence to maximize efficiency and minimize loss.
• Maintain vibrant store visuals and replenishment standards for inviting presentation.
• Build and coach the team; assess performance proactively.
• Oversee store operations including receiving and day-to-day processes.
• Identify obstacles/opportunities and work with partners for store improvement.
• Develop store team based on strengths through coaching and feedback.
• Evaluate the store from the customer’s perspective to drive improvements.
