Job summary

The Container Store in Atlanta, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead the store team, drive exceptional customer service, and achieve business goals. You will oversee management staff including a Visual Sales Manager, a Training Manager and an Operations Manager, and foster a culture aligned with our Foundation Principles.

As a seasoned leader, you will build strong teams, mentor talent, optimize payroll and sales performance, and model trusted leadership on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Ten years or more of leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Retail leadership in a store environment.
• Ability to drive payroll and sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
