Job summary

Break Time is seeking a Store Manager in Missouri to oversee a Break Time location, recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating staff while driving customer service and sales. You will lead operations, merchandising, and safety with a focus on process and profitability.

The role requires prior management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to manage banking, inventory, and daily reporting. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations for transactions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and lead the store team during peak hours.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and fuel management.
• Handle merchandising, promotions, pricing, and stocking to maximize sales.
• Supervise employees, schedule, train, and enforce policies and safety requirements.
• Understand store finances, control expenses, and participate in audits.
