Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking an energetic Break Time Store Manager to lead store operations in Missouri. You will recruit, train, and oversee the store team, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventories and finances, and promote food service and safety standards.

As a senior role within the Break Time chain, you will drive sales, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a positive work culture and peak-hour readiness.

Qualifications

• Prior management/leadership experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with reliable transportation to bank
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Works well individually and in leading a team
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to make change and balance shift reports
• Ability to learn new concepts and operate computer equipment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers; support peak hours.
• Oversee daily store operations: reporting, banking, inventory, bookkeeping, fuel management.
• Execute merchandising and promotions; identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Supervise store employees: scheduling, training, performance evaluations.
• Manage store finances, reduce shortages, participate in audits.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal regulations.
• Lead a team to meet customer needs and maintain safety standards.
• Utilize store technology for transactions and reporting.
