Job summary

Break Time is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the performance of an assigned Break Time Convenience Store. You will recruit, hire, train and evaluate employees while delivering excellent customer service and driving store sales.

Lead daily operations, merchandising, scheduling and financial controls, and ensure safety and compliance. This role requires prior management experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior management/leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older with valid license and transportation.
• Availability to work weekends/holidays and a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform math, operate a computer, and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and lead the store team to do the same.
• Oversee daily store operations, reporting, banking, inventory and fuel management.
• Promote food service and safety; ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Execute merchandising programs, pricing and promotions; stock and front-store upkeep.
• Recruit, train and evaluate employees; schedule and resolve conflicts.
• Manage store finances, control expenses, and participate in audits.
