Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Break Time Store Manager in Missouri to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales growth at the Break Time convenience store. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure safety and compliance across all duties.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Prior management/leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work and/or support all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with adequate transportation to/from bank.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well individually and in leading a team.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to make change and manage shift reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and lead store team to do the same.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and fuel management.
• Execute merchandising programs and promotions to increase sales.
• Supervise store employees, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage store finances, prevent shortages, and participate in audits.
