Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Break Time Store Manager in Missouri to lead and oversee day-to-day operations, staff development, and exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with transportation to/from bank.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, bookkeeping, and fuel management.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team of associates; supervise scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, and ensure a welcoming store environment.
• Execute merchandising programs, pricing, promotions, and ensure merchandise is stocked and fronted.
