Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled and address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including banking, shipments, and interpreting directives.
• Set the daily direction and goals for the team.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to managers and associates.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety and store standards in all activities.
