Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in retail as an Assistant or Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, and customer service.
• Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent; provide training and ongoing development for Associates; mentor the team.
• Implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout and efficiency.
