Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Westminster, CO to drive store performance and lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll oversee merchandising, backroom, front-line operations, and loss prevention while coaching Associates to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive, inclusive store culture. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with focus on shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and develop top talent through comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates; mentor and role model.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store initiatives; provide input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store programs.
