Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership as Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.

Responsabilités

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results and managing key operations.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and role model.
• Communicate action plans for projects, targets, and store changes.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expenses, and customer service targets; improve layout and efficiency.
