Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail store or district management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and optimize inventory and pricing.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience through service and presentation.
