Carter's is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach a diverse team, build a talent pipeline, and ensure superior customer experiences across in-store and omnichannel channels.

Grow leaders through delegation and development, manage payroll and budgets, and maintain brand standards while delivering excellent service to families. Strong communication and people-skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, with at least two closing shifts per week.

• Build a talent pipeline through networking and recruiting; train and develop your team.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.
• Lead and direct the Leader on Duty program to ensure smooth operations.
