Job summary

Responsibilities

• Duties performed across shifts based on business needs.
• Work at multiple locations as directed by District Manager.
• Provide coaching to employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Assist with training new staff and give feedback to the store manager.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure shop safety and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure attendance and be flexible for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Move and stock inventory; lift up to 50 pounds; navigate stock areas and coolers.
