CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Texarkana, TX to serve as a front-line brand ambassador. You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence while managing daily store operations and cash handling tasks.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Travel within the district may be required. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, and corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries for general questions, applications, or other issues.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally, explain solutions, and ensure customers feel supported.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information presented.
• Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per company policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and timely I Agree.
• Other duties as assigned.
