Responsibilities

• Assist customers by presenting product options and services to meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when needed.
• Answer phone inquiries about applications, questions, or issues.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and prepare deposits.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Travel to stores within the district as required.
