Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service in Texas.

You will supervise staff, manage cash, educate customers on product options, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold our values. This role may require local travel within the district and offers growth opportunities in a trusted financial services family.

A high school diploma and 1+ year of sales or service experience preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
Must have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance while employed.

Responsibilities

Serve and educate customers on products and services that meet their needs.
Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when necessary.
Answer telephone inquiries and process applications or requests.
Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
Handle currency, cash drawers, deposits, and cash handling requirements.
