Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and Automobile Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product portfolio and options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store leadership when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and store procedures.
• Respond professionally to customers and explain possible solutions.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information.
• Handle and count currency, cash and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports at end of day.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
