Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Texarkana to lead customer service and regulatory compliance at the store level. You will educate customers on loan products, process transactions, and support daily operations with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to consistently live and embrace core values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, focused.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options to meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and general questions.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Explain solutions and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle currency, cash, and coins; manage a cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and timely I Agree.
• Other duties as assigned.
