Qualifications

• Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations (DDO), or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications or other requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Explain solutions professionally and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle cash, count currency, and balance drawers per policy.
• Balance batches with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify customer information and complete transactions accurately per policy.
• Complete compliance trainings and adhere to company policies.
