Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the sales floor, lead a diverse team, and drive daily and long-term goals across the Peoria store network. You will mentor Retail Sales Associates, ensure customer service excellence, and maintain store standards and safety policies.

This role requires adaptability, strong leadership, and a commitment to Goodwill's mission.

Qualificações

• One year of retail management experience required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals for profit and revenue.
• Lead and develop Retail Sales Associates and ensure customer service excellence.
• Maintain store standards, security,health and safety policies.
• De-escalate customer situations and coordinate with upper management as needed.
• Coordinate transfers to other stores based on business needs.
