LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates at Store 1796-West Acres Mall, Fargo, ND. This role leads on the sales floor, models brand behaviors, and nurtures relationships with customers and team members.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year of retail management, a hospitality mindset, tech proficiency, and strong business sense to drive results. Regular full-time hours offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management or supervisory experience.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technological proficiency including operating a POS system.
• Strong business acumen with ability to implement action plans to drive results.
