Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for our store in Fargo, ND. You will model excellent customer experiences, guide associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to run daily operations.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team while maintaining brand standards and delivering a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You bring 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and the ability to coach others, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
