LOFT Fargo is hiring an Assistant Manager to guide the customer experience and build a strong store culture. You will lead by example on the sales floor and nurture relationships with customers and associates.

You will empower team members through coaching, use technology for a seamless omnichannel experience, and support store leadership in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent while driving operational excellence.

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.

You’ll bring to the role

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
