Job summary

Lids Biloxi is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. This part-time role covers scheduling, training, and driving sales while upholding store standards and policies.

You will engage customers, manage duties in the absence of the Store Manager, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient store environment with emphasis on brand standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while keeping loss to a minimum.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Lead and train store staff using LIDS training programs.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and performance management.
• Drive customer service and curb key KIPs and loyalty enrollment.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising in line with policy.
• Assist in inventory, pricing, and product presentation.
