Qualifications

• High School education accepted; college background helpful but not required.
• 3–5 years experience in supermarket management.
• Ability to lead and make decisions.

• Familiarity with store systems (POS, receiving, LMS).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service across Giant/Martin's stores.
• Maintain food safety and associate hygiene standards.
• Develop Giant's brand image and represent the company in-store and in the community.
• Manage financial metrics to budgeted targets (sales, margin, shrink, labor, expenses).
• Plan, organize, and direct store activities with staff and managers.
• Schedule, supervise, and develop store personnel.
• Ensure wage-and-hour compliance.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store aligned with standards.
