• Ensure total store compliance with laws and company policies.
• Foster superior customer relations and service standards.
• Oversee associate selection, orientation, training, and evaluations.
• Perform total store management responsibilities as required.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Respond to customer reports and resolve service issues promptly.
• Keep store image friendly, professional, and organized.
• Oversee store cash handling, deposits, and payroll processes.
• Ensure efficient use of supplies and proper bagging techniques.
• Manage store records, including payroll and personnel documentation.
• Supervise fuel stations and ensure operational efficiency.
• Review schedules, equipment, and PPE compliance.
• Schedule, train, and supervise receiving, stocking, and stocking items.
