Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in the supermarket industry, including a management training program.
• Working knowledge of all aspects of store management and operations.
• Ability to make sound business decisions and provide effective leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across all areas of GIANT Stores and ensure operational excellence.
• Lead store operations by managing personnel and supporting company initiatives.
• Manage financial metrics to achieve budgeted targets including sales growth and cost control.
• Oversee and maintain department operating conditions across perishables and non-perishables.
• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee store operations through delegation to assistants and managers.
• Maximize staffing efficiency with coaching, training, and performance development.
