Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• In-store leadership experience in grocery/retail
• Proficiency in scheduling, ordering, inventory, payroll, and P&L analysis
• Strong knowledge of employment law and hiring practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, coach and develop department managers and associates
• Drive sales, promotions, and service execution to meet KPIs
• Manage budgets, scheduling, expenses, and payroll allocation
• Ensure safety, compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention
• Collaborate with corporate, vendors, and cross-functional teams
