CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador, ensuring outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance across the stores within the district.

The role entails educating customers on product options, handling cash and transactions accurately, and escalating issues to leadership when needed. The position requires strong communication—verbal and written—and the ability to travel between assigned stores as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options meeting their needs.
• Handle cash deposits, balance tills, and manage cash handling duties.
• Assist with loans, check cashing, and Net Spend transactions per policy and regulations.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Travel to multiple stores within the district and work assigned shifts.
