Job summary

Beyond Yoga in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Store Manager on Duty to drive store performance, manage cash and merchandise operations, and deliver exceptional service. You will lead the team in the absence of other managers, coach selling culture, and build community connections with Home Office support.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience with coaching and training skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to drive sales.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Capacity to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance as a manager on duty, opening and closing the store.
• Oversee cash handling, shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns with positive outcomes in partnership with leadership.
• Coach selling culture and customer connection to maximize sales per hour.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and onboard new hires.
