Five Below is hiring for an hourly Crew/Store Supervisor role in the United States. You will lead a team, deliver WOW customer service, and manage daily store operations to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

You will train staff, oversee stock handling, and assist with opening/closing duties. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication to meet business goals.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures all crew members deliver WOW customer service through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for fast shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, guiding store operations and staff management.
• Open/close routines, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training to improve policy knowledge and performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and team performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and store recovery processes.
• Perform general store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
