Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to extend hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features to customers.
• Maintain and achieve store metrics like UPT and ADT.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising and store housekeeping.
• Process sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash.
