Job summary

Cotton On Group in Baton Rouge is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to open/close the store, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will process transactions, assist with inventory, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

The role supports loss prevention, requires strong communication, and offers opportunity for growth within Cotton On Group’s brands. Part-time hourly position with a wage range of $14.00–$17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Minimum of 1+ year of acting retail leadership/management experience that allowed you the opportunity to lead aspects of the business and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity.
• Engage with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
